Trail Description
You travel through lush deep woods and fern forest. It's about as level as you can get since we are at over 4000' elevation. It's a very gentle trail. First timers have no problems with it. But, then again, we do have 6 year old children riding on all the walking trails.Safety and Training
Plan an extra 45 - 60 minutes, in addition to your trail time, for the safety and training program. You are shown how the horses have been trained, some about safety as well as horse personality. Then you are given an opportunity to try your horse out in the ring.There is no extra charge for it.
Safety programs start at 10 am, 1 pm and 3:30 pm Summers, 11 am and 2 pm Spring and Fall, and 1 pm in the Winter.
